And...we're back

I stopped posting on this blog 15.5 years ago in favour of a fanicier, bespoke website, which has now both become very expensive and crashed, the first making not worth the time and effort to repair the second. Through all of that time, this site has been...here, more or less fine. A few code problems, not very snazzy, but both free and quite sturdy, things I have come to appreciate greatly in past few months. The bulk of my internet posting now gets done on yet a third incarnation of Rose-coloured, which is a beehiiv powered newsletter, but if you don't wish to subscribe you can simply peruse that linked site as a blog and enjoy it as you wish. However, I don't think newsletter sites get google crawled since despite my efforts, I haven't been able to get it even in the top 10 of hits for my name, to the point at which someone complained recently that I am HARD TO FIND on the internet. Which is really really shocking. So the blogger blog is back, for the time-being, and I will make some updates like a more recent book cover and a correct and current bio, and some contact information, etc., etc. I recommend reading the newsletter for up-to-the minutes posts on what I am thinking, but this blog will be here, still/again, my steadfast homebase, until I think of something else.
